Restricting login times for users

Is there a way to restrict the times of day (ex. only from 6:00am to 9:00pm Monday-Friday) for users to login on Windows XP Home. I know you can do that through active directory in win2k, just would like to be able to restrict the times on a xp machine that is stand alone.
