I need to put repeat appointments in my excel calendar. Is there a
way to do it besides just copy and paste. For example - I have a
karate program that meets in room 111 every monday and wednesday night
from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. I have to book them in there so that the
room doesn't get given out to someone else. I have 12 different work
sheets - one for each month and 31 different pages per worksheet for
the month. Column A has the time beginning at 7:00 am and ending at
9:30 p.m. (Sample shows my wrestling program that meets on Tuesday
and Thursday)

Hoping I can just ask it to fill in the 5:30 to 9:00 pm on Tuesday and
Thursday for the Aux Gym (which is column B - Column C is Gym - Column
D is Meeting Room - Column E is Multipurpose Room.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like using Excel as your calendar is not automated enough for
your needs. I would recommend using Google Calendar (its free!).
Google Calendar supports repeating events like you described.

If you then really need to have it in Excel, you can use a app called
Wincalendar to then convert it to Excel format. Wincalendar supports
many professional layouts & the end result is a fully editable Excel
xls file. For more info see:

Enjoy!

EHT Rec,
Choices:
1) You could write a macro to fill it in. Or
2) If you like you could send me a copy of what you have and I could try
and tackle it.
If you opt for choice 2, please send it to:
dlfollis3atnetscapedotnet making the appropriate substitutions.
