Access Restricting Domain PCs to access shares on Workgroup PCs - Possible??

I have a situation where I have a domain and a workgroup.

I need to restrict access from computers on the domain to the shares on the workgroup computers. Is this possible and if yes then how?

Sorry, but I'm no expert, but I believe you can with 'shared permissions', just need to find where that is in MS.

Have you thought of going to the Microsoft site & the Knowledge Base section?
Either that or google you problem, that may help.
