Restricting bandwidth for Wired users

Is there any way within windows or otherwise to restrict
bandwidth to wired users on a router?

Hello,

That is going to depend on your router. The "home network" routers like
Linksys do not have anyway to squeeze down the speeds. You need the higher
end boxes to be able to slow down a connection. The best I could see would
be to set the port speed down to 10mb instead of 100mb. That is about all
you can do.
Or if you use a switch set the speed to 10mb half duplex which will drop the
speed to 5mb or so.
