Restricted Sites - Security Tab

I have been looking through internet options, i noticed that on the security
tab. restricted sites> numerous have been added. I never added any and when i
remove them they reappear next time you check them. Please help
 
I went to spybot and de-immunized all the my immunized file. This seemed to
take out all the sites from the restricted sites tab automatically
 
Try going to spybot(if thats what you are using) and de-immunized all the my
