restrict each user to one session on windows 2000 terminal server

Hi,

I need to restrict each user to one session on windows
2000 terminal server. It's easy to setup on Windows 2003
terminal server. But I didn't find an easy setup on
Win2k.

If you know, can you tell me how to do it?
