restoring permanently deleted mail

Look in
C:\Users\(youraccount)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local
Folders\Deleted Items
for .eml files, those are emails that you deleted. If you deleted them from
the Deleted Items folder, then you won't see any in there. Then you might
try an undelete program, like Recuva... http://www.recuva.com/

However, the more you use your computer, the less likely it will be able to
recover any deleted files.

Does anyone know how to restore permanently deleted E-mail?

The first question is *whether* you can. In most E-mail programs, you
can't.

*If* you can, how to do so depends on what program you use for E-mail.
