Dear all,
My GM called me and told me that he could not browse the folders in
the server any more. I checked the problem and discovered that the LAN
connection was ok, but his local profile was corrupted. Knowing that
this profile was locale, I did the following:
§ Copy the local profile to the server as backup,
§ Deleted the local profile
§ Re-log in the local computer with the GM account to recreate a new
empty profile
§ Copy the profile backup (folder by folder) in the new local profile:
after this I could browse the whole network, then problem 1 solved.
NB: The GM's profile was not roaming, then stored on his local
computer, but I think that I will set it a roaming profile to save his
profile directly in the server.
At this level another problem was occurred: mail accounts in outlook
can be restore normally but old (received mails), address book are not
restored.
I do not know how to restore old mail in inbox when in such a
situation?
please the matter is urgent you can send mails to my address.
