Restoring help

The End

Just about the start button you usually will see printer, Internet
connection, search & help. Help has disappeared from the listing on my PC.
I can still access help if I go to the left hand side box in my Computer.
How do I restore it to where it belongs?
 
Right click start
Properties
Start Menu
Customize
Advanced
Start Menu Items
Check "Help and Support"
