Restoring deleted files

How do I restore a deleted file? I am sure there is a way to restore a file
deleted from the recycle bin. I think you do it from ms-dos but I'm not sure
how... some one help me?

Depending on whether the file has been overwritten you 'may' be able to
recover it with a 3rd party 'undelete' program:

If you didn't do it right away the space is probably already partially
overwritten.
