Restoring BCM 2007 from backups

I deleted some BCM "Accounts." Without telling me it was going to delete
everything associated with it, I lost a lot of contacts and the information
related to those accounts, like projects, phone logs, notes. I have a backup
from the previous day but what and where should I restore?

Before you get into backups, note that deleting an item in BCM moves
it to the Deleted folder. You can move it from the Deleted folder back
to the Accounts folder.

Joey,

There are 2 deleted item folders in your folder list. 1 for native outlook
items such as your email. The other for your deleted BCM items under your
BCM folders.
