Somehow I lost administrative rights on my own computer, but do have access
as a power user. There is no Internet access as well. At first ,back in Dec
05 when it happened, the computer said that I could not log on interactively;
however, now it won't even recognize me as an administrator or my password at
all. Can I reformat the C drive and leave the other drives alone--if I can't
recover adm. access? I have Windows 2000 and Office 2000. Thanks.
