Restored Windows, now get D drive full messages

I recently had to restore Windows from the Recovery CD that came with the
computer which used the data in the D drive partition of my hard drive. I'm
now getting continuous message windows stating that the D drive is full
(which it is because it's only big enough to contain the necessary data to
reinstall Windows). I can't find any applications running out of the D
drive. Any ideas on what I can do to disable this message? I've searched
the registry via REGEDIT and didn't see anything.

Thanks.

The Low Disk Space warning can be stopped by adding the Dword name and value
to the right pane of the key here (under - Disable Low Disk Space Warning
Bubble)

http://www.winxpfix.com/page21.htm

Note - this will stop the warning for ALL drives.
