I've done a restore to a previos point and lost all my
data how do i get my saved files back my computer is
running normal but all my settings are gone its like the
day i bought it i NEED my work files PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

How did you execute the restore.? Restore does not delete your files.

go to start-all programs-accesories-system tools look for
system restore wehn u open it up it should say undo my
last restore or some thing like that hope this helps
