restore xp home

I used system mechanic to clean out registry, well it did such a good job, that i can't reboot back into windows at all...no safe mode nada. any suggestions besides reinstalling. is it posible to get into system restore and take it back to previous time without being able to get into windows

If you can't access System Restore via Safe Mode or 'normal' Windows, then you will have to perform one of the following installs:

"How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Install"
