Help! I tried to install a new version of Norton Anti-
Virus and really messed something up. I can hardly open
anything on my desktop, start, programs, etc. I get a
message that says "Windows cannot find "C:\Program
Files\Earthlink Total Access\TaskPanl.exe." Also got an
error message that says "Windows cannot access the
specified device path on file (rundll32.exe). There was
another message about memory in kernal ??? It is weird,
but I cannot connect through my regular Earthlink dial up
and then go to Netscape, but I can use Internet Explorer
then dial up. My first thought was to go to the System
Restore Wizard and just put everything back as it was,
but I can't even get there. Any suggestions besides the
The Microsoft support line - it is always busy! (Even
though I somewhat know my way around the computer, please
don't get too high-tech with your explanations. Thanks.)
