Restore System

I am trying to find info on restoring my system prior to
a software install for a LaserJet Printer, which is not
working properly. Hewlitt Packard has sent patches to
uninstall but all have failed and they suggest that I
restore the computer to how it was prior to the install
of the software, and then try to reintall it.

Use system Restore to a Date/Time before issue started:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/system Tools/System Restore
