I truned off restore, cleaned my machine with McAfee
(W32/Licia.worm.dll in 10 places). I downloaded all the
windows updated. Then restarted the machine. I trunned on
restore and when I clicked on System /Restore Setting on
the left hand side a pop up stating system32\Restore
rstrui.exe running suspicious script was stopped. What is
rstrui.exe or should I delete it, I just finished doing
a scan and no virus found. Thank for any help!!

Hi

rstrui.exe is the program file for System Restore - *****do not attempt to delete it*****. Try the following to rid SR of all virii - although you will lose all existing SR Points:

Right click My Computer, select Properties and then the System Restore tab. Enable 'Turn off System Restore on all drives' - reboot. Go back into the System Restore options, uncheck 'Turn off System Restore on all drives' and reboot. On the reboot you will have a fresh SR Point.
