restore points

My restore points have gone and I can't move from the
current date on the calendar to find older restore
points. It was working fine yesterday morning. HELP.
 
are you running out of space? try to clean up your hd and defragment. I had
this and it dissapeared after that.
 
If you have preformed a "disk cleanup" and gone to the "more options" tab
and selected "System restore" clean up, all but the most recent restore
point will be removed.

If this the case, it will re-populate in time.
