Restore Point Lost Personal Files

Just did a restore point to a few days ago and lost all the personal files i
added since then. Anybody know whats going on with that? Lost files from
Documents, Downloads and Music Folders

Since losing files is not a normal part of system restore, you may have to tell us more.
Why did you do a system restore? Was it to fix a system error? Could the system error be the cause for the data loss?
How did you determine the files were lost? etc.
