Restore Mode Administrator Password

[pre-installed]

We have deployed 8 DC's in the same AD domain, but because different
servers were setup at different times we have a variety of "Restore
Mode Administrator Passwords".

Is there away (without DCpromo down and up) to change (and
standardize) the "Restore Mode Administrator Password" on these
production DC's?. Can I change the password by restarting the dc
with recovery console?

Windows Server 2003 use ntdsutil -->Set DSRM password
Windows 2000 Server with SP2+ use setpwd.exe from command line
