Restore Factory Settings

Does anyone know how to restore the factory settings for
XP home edition? My old computers have had CDs to use
when restoring back to factory settings but this computer
didnt come with one so I have no idea what to do...

Yeah I know but I want EVERYTHING OFF my computer back to
factory settings or defaults if you wanna call it that
(like I just got it from the store and Im turning it on
for the first time)...People have said to go to my
computer or something and click "restore to factory
settings" but I couldnt find anything like that so I was
wondering if anyone knew exactly where to go.

{By the way if its not called factory settings or
whatever sorry Im not all that big on computer lingo}
