restore document

I made changes in a document and then saved the new version accidently under
the same name as the old one. Now I need the older version back. Can anybody
help me??? PLEASE!

Suggest you find the newsgroups for the software you are using and post your
question to one of the relevant newsgroups you find.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application.
