Resticted Sites

After downloading the latest Windows critical patch am now
unable to access certain sites. Before there was no
problem. Now the message comes back "The page cannot be
displayed" and in the bottom bar it shows "restricted
site". Knowledge Base article says to check encryption
(which is 128 so o.k.) also says user profile may be
corrupted...instructions say to delete "user profile". I
follow the directions but my system doesn't show user
profiles.

Ideas about how to access these "restricted sites" and/or
how to find the user profile so I can delete it?

Thanks.

On the Security tab of the Internet Options control panel, select the
Restricted Sites Icon and press the Sites button. Remove as required.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Tried what you suggested. Unfortunately there were no
sites to remove. I even tried putting my company
enterprise protal into the "trusted sites" but it still
comes back as a restricted site with page can't be
displayed.

Also tried changing the level from high to low with no
success.

Ideas?
