restarting PROBLEMS please help

PLEASE HELP ANYONE?

Every time that I reload windows (xp pro), it reboots and
then all of the letters ARE LIKE LINES AND CIRCLES, NOT
READEABLE AT ALL.
then only thing that helps is to reload previous settings
from 3 days ago.

how can I fix this, the only thing that I have been able
to do in order to shut computer off, is to HYBERNATE/

Try setting up an alternate user profile and see if it works there.
Go into control panel, user accounts/create a new account/
