I'm using numbered steps in my manual and therefore using a style named
Numbered List 5. Everytime I start a new Numbered List I have to make sure to
restart the numbering for step 1. If I don't do this it begins on the number
that was the last one on the last list. I have no problem with this. The
problem I have is when I cut and and past numbered lists around. It destroys
the numbering on several numbered lists if I juggle paragraphs around that
contain numbered lists. I got to go back through the whole document and make
sure all the numbered lists flows correctly. What is the best way to juggle
numbered lists around in Word 2003? Is there a way to setup the numbering so
that a list containing 10 steps (1 through 10) stays frozen? Any help will
be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
