Restart after Save Dump

Since I upgraded to Windows XP Professional (activated but not registered)
the computer has been restarting at random points. I could be doing anything
from playing solitaire to listening to music or writing an essay in word...
anything.

Looking at the System Event Log in Administrator Tools, it shows:
Save Dump
Event Log
Event Log
System Error*

*Error: System Error
Category: (102)
Event: 1003

Any ideas how to resolve?
