Response to System Tools - Disk Cleanup

I tried as suggested in above comment. The only thing this did was prevent
the option "web client/publisher temporary files" from now being shown in the
disk cleanup. After doing what was suggested, I set it back to automatic in
services.msc, ran disk cleanup and the option "web client/publisher temporary
files" was there again, as it was supposed to be, but.... the files were not
deleted. It still says 17,432 KB. I am trying to delete those files as disk
cleanup states could be done (files are kept locally for performance reasons
only and can be deleted safely). How can I delete them???
