Responding E-mail draft SHOWS Paragraph Symbols and Dots Between .

I do not like the paragraph symbols and dots between typed words. How do I
restore normal typing without paragraph symbols and dots? Thanks much.

You failed to state you version of Outlook. Using Office Outlook 2003 and
Word 2003 as e-mail editor, click on the Show/Hide button. If the button is
not visible, right click on the task bar and choose Standard.
