how to remove paragraph,space,etc symbols in emails?

when i type a new email in outlook, the paragraph symbol, a dot for spaces,
etc come up on screen. how do i hide these symbols?

Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to toggle the symbol display off and on in WordMail.
