Resources Conflict during XP startup

When I start up my Windows XP machine this morning, I get the error message
that
Resource Conflict - PCI in Slot 03, Bus 02, Device 0B, Function 00.

Is there any way that to find out what device it is AND what is the cause of
the conflict ?

Have you added any new hardware? If not check what's in the PCI slots and
remove them one by one. After the error goes away you have found out the
faulty device.

Is there any tools / utilities that I can check what is the Slot / Bus /
Device ?

You can Check by going control panel>System>device manager

or

programs>accessories>systems tools>system information>Hw device
conflicts
