Resource conflict during boot up

I just swapped out one Nvidia card for another in the same slot within my
computer

I am now getting the message when I boot: Resource Conflict - PCI Slot 03

Bus:02, Device:0B Function:00

I have gone into Device Manager and it says its working fine and no conflicts.

Any idea what the problem might be and how to correct it?
