resource kit tool - sleep.exe

I want to use the sleep.exe for windows 2000. How do i get the resource kit
for windows 2000? It doesn't appear to be available for download.

You can use the one from the Server 2003 kit.

Instead of sleep.exe, you could also use ping.exe:
ping localhost -n 60 > nul
