resource in workgroup

Hi all

we have 10 win2k prof (workgroup)in our office. All pc have a static ip in
private network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
we access to the internet by DSL with 1-public IP.and used ISP's DNS server
i setup a printer drive in my pc and share it.All user can print in it
i want to print to this printer from the home throuh the internet not by
dial-up
how can i do this? configure NAT-mapping in DSL modem or configure VPN on it
