resolving name in the To: field

We just switched over from Exchange 5.5 to 2003 and now
when we type in a name in the To: field, it doesn't
underline. I thought the underline meant that the name
was found in the contact list (either globally) or local
user. Yet, when I hit send, it appears to be sent.

Is it working or not?? You need to let us know what "appears" means.
