Resolve Items - Meeting with "unspecified" email address

Two partnerships, one on network one at home. Create meeting with
several attendees (contacts) at the office. Activesynch at home
returns unresolved item, reports "unspecified" email address.

Dialog box offers option to "create new item for "unspecified"" or to
"change item". Click on change item and select another name --
nothing happens -- does nothing. I see no way of knowing which
meeting is unresolved. Surely, there must be a way to "go to" the
offending item, make the corrections there and try synching again.

If the above is unclear please let me know, otherwise would appreciate
learning that I am missing something obvious, or that there is a fix
for this problem.
