Resizing toolbars

Hello All

I like to make big autohide toolbars and dock them on the top, right and
left sides of my WINXP Professional Thinkpad screen - I use them as file and
program launchers. With Win98, I've always been limited to a toolbar that
goes no further than half the size of the screen. But it's interesting that
in my XP laptop, a toolbar docked to he top of the page actually can be
resized so that it extends almost to the bottom of the screen - one BIG
GRAND toolbar. But I can't figure out how - or even if - I can do this with
the taskbar and the toolbars that have been docked to the left and right
sides of the screen. They will only extend to 50 percent of the screen size.
I click and try dragging the edge, but that's as big as they go.

Any tips or ideas?

Thanks.

In WindowsXP that's it, halfway (50%) limit.

Thanks Byte.

That's what I thought. Though I swear, the vertical one is now filling 90
percent of the page!!!!!! I wonder if it's just some kind of nice
malfunction.
