Resizing Task Pad in Calendar View Outlook 2003

Steve

Despite my repeated efforts, I am unable to resize the task pad in calendar
view. I get only a portion of the subject of a task which essentially makes
it unreadable. I tried moving the double-headed arrow to the left but it
still will not let me resize it into the calendar. I tried playing with the
number of characters in the field, but that did not work either. Any
suggestions? Thanks. Steve

You just need to drag with a little more gusto. You are on the right track.
Grab the double headed arrow and drag more than 5 cm to the left. The width
of the Date Navigator (above the TaskPad) is driving the width of the
TaskPad. It can be 1,2,3,4 etc months wide.

Thanks - I have seen a few thousand people struggle with this even when I am
standing in front of them demonstrating and they are trying to follow. My
instructions in the classroom now include the word "vigourously" when
describing the drag to the left!
