Can't View Tasks for Multiple calendars

Hi

I have user who has access/permisssions to several of her bosses tasks and
calendars. Were using Outllok 2003 and when she clicks on one of her bosses
calendars from a list on the left the calenadar is displayed along with the
task pad for that person. IF she clicks on the caledar of another boss the
new calendar is displayed BUT the the task pad of the PREVIOUS person is
still displayed. She has to specifically open that persons task pad to see
it. Is this how it's supposed to work in 2003 or is there a way to view it
everytime a new calendar is selected?

I'd be grateful for any help

Thanks

Jeff

She will see her own Tasks beside any Calendar.

To see others' Tasks, click their Tasks Folder (not their Calendar).

So you're saying if she opens person A's calendar and task and then goes to
Person B's calendar and task THEN goes back to Person A's calendar Person B's
task will still be displayed?
