Resizing New Window in Front Page 2003

Hi,

I'm trying to have the new page down sized from the full
page when the link is selected. I have set the link to
new page but when selected the linked page is expands to
the full window. I want it to be obvious to whom ever is
surfing the page that the selected page is a new window
and can be x'ed out to get back to the previous page.

Any Help would be greatly appriciated.
