resizing jpg for e-mail

When I first used My XP home oper. system when attaching
a picture(jpg)to an e-mail (outlook) it asked if i would
like to resize it , which i did , and i like that
option, but it has now stopped and i can not find out
where to start it doing that again.

Can anyone help?

Hi Colin,

Click Start, Run and type Regsvr32 Shimgvw.dll then press enter.

Restart Windows for the changes to take effect.
