Resize pictures

The Power Toy for XP "Right click to resize pictures" was working and now it
is not working. When I right click a picture file the " resize picture" is
there but when I click on it...nothing happens.

This involves unregistering the effective dll's and then re-
registering them:

Go to Start => Run and type in each of the following in turn, clicking
OK after each:

regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll {space before and after /u}
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

regsvr32 /u sendmail.dll
regsvr32 sendmail.dll

regsvr32 /u ole32
regsrv32 ole32


regsvr32 /u shell32
regsrv32 /i shell32 {space before and after /i}

The resize right click works when a picture is open in windows "viewer",,but
does not work from a list of pictures when I want to resize a group of
pictures .
