Resize new message pane

Accidentally used drag to pull bottom of new message window below bottom of
Windows tray and can't use arrow to recover.
Do I have to reinstall? Or, is there a way to resize the window to normal
length?

Use the top bar to move window to see an edge or resize. You don't have to
use the arrow. Any visible edge will work
