Resize HD Partition

My HD was factory-formatted and partitioned into 2
logical hard drives. Is there a way or a command for me
to resize (increase or decrease free space) a partition
without losing or messing up with its data?

You would need to use a 3rd party utility to do this without losing data.
Products available include PartitionMagic by powerquest.com. Also
PartitionExpert by acronis.com

Thanks for the info. and posting, Mark. I thought a
tweaking command in Windows Utility could do the same
3rd party's job as well.
