Resize extras windows

At one time I knew how to do this, but now that I need to
I'm drawing a blank.

When I right click on a link to open in a new
window....the new window is a small one that opens
towards the bottom right corner.
How do I get it to always open fullscreen again?

HI,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
