Resize a Pivot table Pie Chart

You can change the size of the plotting area on a normal Excel chart. How do
you resize the plotting area on a Pivot chart?

You can't - it is one of several "features" that are unique to pivot charts. If you want to be able to do this don't use a pivot chart. You could access the pivot table data indirectly instead.
