Resize a dynamic partition??

I am running Windows 2000 SP2. My C drive is almost full
and I need to extend the partition. My problem is that it
is in a Dynamic partition. Is there a way to extend this
partition to say 6gb it is currently at 4gb. I have extra
space in another partition on the same drive. I have tried Partition Magic,
it is unable to resize a dynamic partition.

No, you cannot extend the boot or system volume, or any volume that ever
existed as a partition on the disk before the disk was converted to
dynamic, see this MS Knowledge Base article:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=225551

What you can do is to move your page file, and remove or move as much as
possible that take up storage space on C: to other volumes.
