Reset XP taskbar settings

I have not taskbar. I have quicklaunch, windows player,
address, etc. toolbars, clock, start. And my language bar
even enumerated twice in list of toolbars. But no toolbar
with running applications. If they are not looked I can't
place for it too, if close all toolbars my clock and
start hide.

Can I reset all toobar settings using registry?

n\Explorer\Streams\Desktop
