reset the password

hello
we buy 6 new thin client HP

the problem is that one of my colleague reset the password of the local
administrator account and make a mistake, and cannot reopen a session as
admin (so i did'nt exacly remenber the good password ....)

the thin client is not in the domain so i cannot use a domain account

i sit a a solution to reset the configuration

or how to reinstall it, i had the 5 other without any problem

Try ti update OS from another client.
Create a image from other OS (on other client) using HO tools or GHostScript
and upload it to this client.

Anyway, this is a question for the HP support, not for the MS groups.

my colleague had dowloaded a image from hp and restore in the normal
configuration
