Reset newsgroup posting counter Outlook Express

I could not find a dedicated OE newsgroup to post this message.

Recently subscribed to a new newsgroup which contains over 165,000 Postings.

Is there any way to reset the counter to only monitor postings going
forward?

Right click the folder and choose Catch Up

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
